Open Public Sitting

1st WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH

7:00–8:30pm: Learn to Meditate program for beginners or as a refresher. This program offers formal meditation instruction and guidance suitable for first-time visitors and more experienced meditators, as well as Q&A and discussion, followed by refreshments.

2nd- 5th WEDNESDAYS OF THE MONTH

A Shambhala teacher leads guided meditation practice followed by a discussion on dharma and mindfulness. Afterwards, everyone is invited to gather in our community area for tea and socializing.

7:00–7:30pm  Guided Meditation Session (for first-timers and old-timers)
7:30–8:30pm:
Dharma Talk & Discussion
8:30–9:00pm:  Tea & Social Time
