    White Tara meditation practice is said to grant health, patience, peacefulness, longevity, and courage - a practice well fitted for this time of the pandemic.  White Tara practice is not meant to be a retreat or escape from personal problems.  Instead the practice extends one's love inwards towards oneself but likewise embraces the whole world with love and compassion.  

    It is open to anyone who has an interest in receiving this practice. However, for people new to this practice, one needs to be present from the the very beginning of the session to receive the lung, which authorizes one to do the practice.
