Shambhala Day: Sadhana of Mahamudra Practice and Center Deconsecration

    Please join us virtually through Zoom for this practice event to mark Shambhala Day (the Tibetan New Year), and to celebrate as the DC Shambhala Center opens a new chapter as a virtual community. We will begin with a practice of the Sadhana of Mahamudra.

    Following the Sadhana, we will have some announcements on behalf of the Admin Team about what is next for the Center, and share recorded excerpts from the Shambhala Online Shambhala Day presentations.

    We will close with a traditional Tibetan smoke offering (lhasang) to deconsecrate the Center prior to vacating the physical space at 3520 Connecticut Ave, NW, Washington, D.C.
