Free Introductory Talk on Meditation for Everyday Life

    Join us for a free introductory (or "re-introductory") talk on meditation and its benefits, in a warm, supportive environment. 
     
    The first talk will be given by Ira Zukerman on Wednesday, February 21, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Eastern standard time. The topic will be "The Genuine Heart of Sadness."
     
    About the teacher:
    Ira Zukerman has been a member of the Shambhala community for over forty years, and currently serves as a senior practitioner on the admin team and the practice & education committee for the community. Professionally, Ira has worked in both the publishing industry and in education, and now serves as a substitute teacher for the Montgomery County Public School System.
     
    Beginning in March, the series will occur on the first Wednesday of each month.
