Free Introductory Talk on Meditation for Everyday Life

    This is part of a series of talks that generally occur on the first Wednesday of each month.

    On Wednesday, July 3, at 7:00 PM, we will hear a talk by Ira Zukerman, a longtime member of our Shambhala community, on how we personally work to make meditation an active part of everyday life.

    Ira Zukeman is an active and longtime member of the Washington, DC, Shambhala community. Professionally, he has worked in the publishing industry and in education, and currently is a substitute teacher in the Montgomery County Public School System.

    First Wednesday of the month, 7:00 - 8:00 PM, live on Zoom, with some exceptions. No charge - Donations to the DC Shambhala Center help us sustain our activities and are deeply appreciated.
