New! In-Person Sitting - Group Meditation at Seekers Church

We are very happy to continue our quarterly in-person meditation gatherings at Seekers Church in downtown Takoma, just a block from the Takoma Metro, and accessible to all. 

Registration is optional! Although it would help in letting us know how many to expect for lunch. 

Our tentative schedule for December 14 is:

9:15 - setup (please feel free to help)

10:00-12:00 - introductory instruction, mindful walking, a dharma talk or reading, and time for questions -- in a friendly and relaxed environment.

11:30 - setup for lunch 

12:00-1:30 - we will share a meal together. The church has a kitchen and tables next to the room where we will be sitting, for preparing and eating together.

1:30-3:00 - gathering to discuss topics of interest to meditators in our local area.
