On Saturday, May 4, at 9:00 AM, we will gather in person at Seeker's Church for a morning of meditation, kicked off by a talk by community member Eric Haag.

Eric Haag is an evolutionary biologist and long-time meditator. He first encountered the Shambhala dharma in the late 90s, and was fortunate to study core Mahayana Buddhist teachings with the late Robin Kornman in Milwaukee. Since moving to the DC area in 2002, he has been involved in the DC Shambhala Center as a practitioner and through service on its executive council and organization of children’s programming.
