Ongoing Education For Meditation Instructors: Weekend 2

This is a program of continuing education for meditation instructors by Shambhala Global that we are supporting and presenting locally. We will gather to watch the talk and discussion and then will have discussion of our own in the last hour. Anyone who is intent on developing their meditation practice, and learning best practices for engaging meditation in an authentic way is encouraged to attend.

If you have benefited from receiving meditation instruction yourself and would like to be able to help others in the same way, please attend this course. 

Please register here for the SGS weekend - and the DC Shambhala Center will pay half of your cost!!! When you register, please indicate that you are a member of the Shambhala Meditation Center of Washington, DC, and you will qualify for a discount. Take the full amount of the discount, and pay for the course, and we will reimburse you for half, up to $40.50. 

Note, DC Shambhala Center members interested in, and aspiring to serve as MIs are eligible for a double discount for attendance.  You should register, indicating you’re a member of the Shambhala Meditation Center of Washington, DC. Let us know and we’ll reimburse you half of your tuition (which should be $81, after the member discount, so your cost would be $40.50).

2. Register HERE ON THIS PAGE for in-person attendance at the Seekers Church, where we will watch the SGS presentation(s) and have an hour of discussion afterwards, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
